Minister of Music/Youth: Matthew Knight
Matt has been on staff since October 2009. He is a graduate with an associate’s degree in music education from the Philippine Missionary Baptist Seminary Asia Institute of Theology of Davao City, Philippines and from AMA Computer College with a degree in desktop publishing. Matt has been serving the Lord's churches here in the US and in the Philippines for almost thirteen years leading various congregations in worship. In addition to serving as a God-called worship leader Matt, together with his family served for thirteen years as a missionary to the Southern Philippines aiding churches in outreach and ministry development. Matt and his wife Judy have two kids, Keilah and Keziah.

Pastor: Tommy Estes
Tommy Estes has been on staff at HSMBC since Febuary of 2004. He is a graduate of the Texas Baptist Insitute and Seminary in Henderson, Texas. He earned a Bachelor as well as Masters in Theology, majoring in the Greek and Hebrew languages. He and his wife Jill have three children, Aaron, Emily Rose and Elisha.

Church secretary: Susan Watson
Susan Watson has been on staff since 1996. She has an Associate in Arts from the North East Texas Community College. Susan plays a vital role in coordinating church activities and functions of HSMBC. She also serves as the editor of the Silent Messenger. She and her husband Mark have two children, Thomas and Ben. She also has one Grandchild, Michelle.
